My Top 4 Essential oils to improve blood circulation

Improving the flow of blood to various parts of the body is an important aspect of wellness that cannot be overemphasised. The children needs it, babies needs it and the elderly needs it even more. over the years as menopause began to approach with its attendant challenges, I began testing oils and seeking various ways to improve health and quality of life. I tested several oils and here are my Top 4: 1. Jasmine Oil: One of my best bedtime oils as it also helps deal with stress and insomnia associated with menopause. it is not only good for foot massage but the entire body. Usually best combined with cold pressed coconut oil as a carrier oil. 6I add it to my body lotions too because of its lovely fragrance and ability to ward off viruses too. 2. Rose oil: This oil is great for pain relief and improving circulation. It reduces feelings of depression too and improves digestion. It is a good oil especially with its lasting fragrance. 3. Mustard Oil: When it comes to message, this oil stands out. though no special fragrance. I usually recommend it to those with arthritis and circulation problems m s and its friendly. Not hash like some oils 4 Thyme oil. This oil is quite versatile and particularly good for insomnia, breathihg problems and stress in addition to helping you relax by improving blood circulation. Summary: It is important to aways use quality cold pressed coconut oil. olive oil or other carrier oils to about 30mls to 5 or 6 drops of the essential oil of your choice. you can also combine more than two oils but best to start with one first and always do a test when using a new oil because some brands are not so good and some oils are naturally hash

Corn Nuts Health Benefits

Been thinking of a perfect snack for Diabetics, Overweight persons and other health conscious persons, then noticed that consuming corn nuts being sold in the market was fair, then decided to make a healthy version of it using the yellow corn which is a source of Betacarotene and other B GROUP of vitamins. it is interesting to note that the health benefits are numerous especially if made at home with the addition of some healthy spices. I made this one used in the photo and a full video on how to make your own with same ingredients will be uploaded on the YouTube. Moderation remains our rule. You can also make your own roasted or fried peanuts at home. but since it is easier to buy peanuts which is quite common, you can choose to make only the corn as in this case.
