Introduction. Too much toxins from wastes from the body is one of the reasons why people go down with one ailment or the other. Here are symptoms to watch out for and what to do so as to regain your health if you are already down due to toxic overload:
1. Fatigue and Low Energy - If you feel tired and drained most of the time, regardless of how much sleep and rest you get, it could indicate toxic overload. Toxic buildup can cause your body to work extra hard to remove harmful substances, which can lead to fatigue and low energy levels.
