6 Healthy Foods but bad, if you Suspect Malaria and Typhoid

Introduction

Malaria and typhoid attack is  one of the most frequently treated ailments in Nigeria today,  but over  time we have also devised a way to boost our immunity and reduce frequency of treatments as mosquito which transmits the parasites seem to be everywhere no matter how secure your house, your apartment, your car maybe, mosquitoes always find a way to enter there and attack or try to feed on the blood of humans which is their main source of livelihood. if you know how to strengthen or boost your immunity, it is possible to stay for a whole year without treating malaria or going for hospitalization as is always the case.   There are  natural foods that can actually support our immune system whenever we suspect that malaria or typhoid attack. We also now know that  they always seem to work hand-in-hand. The case of typhoid has become very very prevalent more especially because of our lifestyles of avoiding sour foods in our diet, not including bitter foods, and then also not including probiotics in our diet.    It has become very common these days to see or hear people  once they are sick, If it's not malaria, tgen its typhoid.   So they seem to be like twin brothers these days and so if you  have been a victim of malaria and typhoid you will understand how serious it is, it is more serious than as we seem to take it especially if you consume certain foods that does not have positive effect on the parasites and here are the ones I have noticed over the years that when you have malaria parasite or typhoid you should be aware of them.   you should avoid them or take them very little because they do not have any much impact on helping you to fight the disease, despite that they are very healthy foods.

1.  Onions

onions is a healthy Spice we can safely consume daily because of its numerous health benefits such as managing high blood pressure.  arthritis, a lot of ailments in even positive effect on  diabetes too  it has positive effect on almost all ailments but there is one that I have  tested or tried it on but it failed and that is Malaria and typhoid.   onions is a source of sulphur which is expected by my own thought to be a good Spice for fighting malaria and typhoid but incidentally during the attack the intestine seems to be very tender and delicate and such environments are not okay for onions because onions is a very sharp spice so typhoid and malaria are intestinal parasites. It seems when they have gripped the  intestine and you take lots of onion you  may experience an uncontrollable diarrhoea which happened in this,  the case I noticed on several occasions though this may not be the case with other people.  maybe you may try it and let us know how you feel anytime you suspect malaria and typhoid whether your experience will be the same experience. but I think that those who are weak and   suspecting malaria and typhoid should be very concerned with the consumption of large quantites of onions.  Remember also that it is  even high in sugar until they recover or get better. garlic is a better option.

2. Cucumbers:

Cucumber is another alkaline vegetable. in the list of my supper veggies, its  great for diabetes, great for high blood pressure great for alkalining in case of excess acidity, great for fight inflammations in the body generally,  good for weight loss to and several other benefits but there is also one area that it doesn't seem to really work well or show much   positive effect and that is,  if it is Malaria and typhoid the reason for this to me is not so obvious but  maybe because it does not have antimicrobial properties or viral antiviral properties but whatever be the reason my observation is that it doesn't work well  when tackling malaria and typhoid it is better to wait for it when you are better you can take citrus  like grapes, lime, lemons, oranges, All the citrus category are better when you are dealing with malaria so that they can go deeper and melt the malaria which I think maybe in form of fat, when they get grip of the intestine.

3. Green tea:

Another super healthy food that should be avoided if you suspect malaria and typhoid in my opinion is green tea and black tea and the reason I believe obviously is because of the caffeine content because when you take the green tea or other caffeinated beverages they tend to dry out the cells  of fluid.  In which case, you will need more water to have the cells  well hydrated and this condition is not good when fighting a disease there is need for more fluid,  adequate fluid at the cellular level to be able to fight the disease effectively but in the case of green tea I have noticed that  the reverse is the case. It  tends to dry out the cells and it does not have significant nutrients to support the body during that period.  It  is not a source of fat it helps reduce cholesterol it's a great drink but during malaria and typhoid the  stomach seems even tender,  again it has antibacterial properties  but fermented foods seem to be better in moderation if it's malaria in order to pamper the  intestine because if it's malaria and typhoid, the  intestine needs pampering, if we can take a very small amount fermented grains like millet or sorghum in very small amount or add spices like cinnamon because cinnamon has  a positive effect  when you are fighting malaria, it  is a heating food that heats up the body,  cause heating the body up  is good for malaria and typhoid and cinnamon is a good one too and not only is it a good one it also has some nutrients to deliver to the body like  calcium and irojv without salt or all othee stresses it is also a fat-burning food.

4. Red palm oil

Red palm oil is another  healthy food because you should reduce or avoid during malaria and typhoid attack. A source of vitamin A, beta carotene and supports energy and healthy  blood count It  is a source of  naturally occuring saturated  fat.   I think this aspect may have made it unhealthy also when tackling malaria malaria and typhoid generally, it  does not welcome any fatty food because during this period the liver is under attack and may have been soaked with oil and fat and so the Liver may not be in the best position to metabolize fat and then talk less of the one that clogs arteries with palmitic acid such as red palm oil so it is important to reduce red palm oil seriously when you are managing malaria and typhoid until your condition has improved there are other healthy oils that you can use effectively in very low amount because the body cannot function without oil at all.  Let It Be naturally occurring oil in certain foods or oils like olive oil which have high antioxidants in it to help support the fight against malaria however as soon as we feel better or get better, it is important to return these foods to your diet in moderate amount because they are healthy foods

5. Garden Egg

Another healthy food that you should avoid or reduce its consumption is eggplant or garden egg as we often call it   because of its high fibre although this could be consumed in  very small amount because it has no sugar, and alkalining in the body yet, it is my view  not to consume it in large quantity because too much fibre will not support the fight against gut related ailment especially the very hard ones. the garden egg  be very hard to digest especially the hard ones  because of the high fibre and the stomach is not in a very bestcposition  to work on i,  bananas in a small amount are better because they're easier  to digest and softer and  are rich source of vitamin B group of vitamins for energy which is needed at such a time but must be consumed in  a very small amount to avoid sugar, because it is quite high in sugar.  Much sugar is an immune suppressor.

6. Peanuts:

Peanut, Peanut butter and all its derivatives is another healthy food that is rich in protein, vitamins and other important minerals it's also a source of healthy fas for increasing good cholesterol, however during boots of malaria and typhoid it should be kept aside for the moment because it's inflammatory and will not support the fight if you take peanut in large amount when you suspect  malaria it may cause it to escalate because it's acidic,  and surely going to increase acidity in the body and then cause the malaria to become more powerful against the host.  We must have void the temptation to consume peanuts during malaria until we have eliminated the parasites or at least started dealing with it if not the peanut may make it to increase with with more unpleasant symptoms such as headaches, fever and sometimes even vomiting.

Summary:

The above foods are all healthy, but you will observe that during symptoms of malaria and typhoid, they are better avoid or their consumption reduced temporarily.  Its important to take time out to rest, take more water, citrus fruits in moderation.  Bitter foods like bitter leaves, spices like garlic, cinnamon, and other digestive aids like ginger are great additions.  However, take whatever you are taking in small amount and allow the gut heal itself.  You could just recover by consuming foods that supports digestion, bitter foods like neem tea, kudin tea, bitter leaf and other bitters in moderation.
