That Polyunsaturted fats, which come mostly from oils like safflower oil, sunflower oil, corn oil and soyabean oil are also not friends of your brain? Another word for polyunsaturated fats is omega-6 fatty acids.  These fats oxidize much faster than other forms of fat and create free radicals that can damage your brain.

Eating too much polyunsaturated fat can destroy DHA.
So why not begin to review the types of oils you are eating. Unhealthy fats are potentially dangerous to the brain one of our most cherished organ.  Without proper brain function the individual becomes almost useless.
