Health Benefits of Coconut oil

Health Benefits  of Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is created by pressing the coconut meat of a mature coconut and extracting the oil.  It is normal coconut oil done by frying the flesh or cold pressed coconut oil which without applying heat or the frying.   The best of the two is the cold pressed coconut oil because it retains it's Lauric acid which is the secret of the coconut oil's medicinal  power.

If there is any oil you should avoid, plz let it not be coconut oil.   If there is any fruit or raw food you want to avoid, old let it not be coconut fruit.   It is nature's special gift to man.   Before now, we were deceived to believe that coconut  is filled with saturated fats and therefore causes obesity and hearts  disease,  we have good news for lovers of healthy foods and wellness, contest to our earlier beliefs,  coconut oil neither causes obesity nor hearts disease.  We shall  see in the discussion  that follows that coconut and it's derivatives should not be avoided.

Coconut oil benefits cuts across  humans, benefiting  all including pets and in animate objects.   In fact,  It is my multipurpose medicine bottle.   I remember going out to buy doors sometimes ago,  a problem arose while testing the keys,  one could not function, I quickly remembered my multipurpose  medicine bottle  in the handbag,  quickly brought it out and squized a little into the key hole and in seconds the problem  was over and the marketers were all in wonder  to what I used. That is just little tip of the iceberg.  Coconut oil is a wonder.   I call it the Wonder fat that kill other fats.

Numerous research and studies are showing that coconut oil is one of the healthiest oil on earth and does not clog arteries like most oils.

It's benefits ranges from dealing with fungi/yeast infections,  viral infections,  speeds healing from trauma and injury,  ease digestive and malabsorption disorders,  pets health,  industrial uses,   etc.

Yes, Coconut oil is high in healthy saturated fats, but here are some benefits of saturated fats.

- Saturated fatty acids constitute  at least about 50% of cell membrane

- They give our cells necessary firmness and integrity

-  They lower a substance in the blood that indicates proneness to heart  disease.

-  They protect the liver  from the toxic effects of alcohol  and certain drugs

-  They enhance the immune system

-  They are needed for the proper utilization of  essential fatty acids.

Despite the fact that the majority of health officials claimed all saturated fats are bad for you, recent evaluation  of the basis of the recommendation has found it to be seriously flawed as unprocessed  saturated fats such as found in coconut are an important  part of a healthy diet and should be regularly consumed and not assiduously  avoided.

Coconut Oil's Special  Nutrients

1.  Coconut oil is rich in Lauric acid, which your body converts into mono - Lauryn,  this special agent has antiviral,  antibacterial and anti protozoal properties.

2.  Coconut oil is also rich in Capric acid, which helps protect you from infections.

3. Coconut oil is rich in medium chain fatty acids which stimulates your bodies  metabolism  and helps  you trip off excess body fat.
