Eating healthy is not so expensive but requires time and commitment. When possible, prepare your meals yourself, so you will control, what goes in. The recipe here is my lunch prepared with:
Ingredients:
Coconut oil
Sea salt,
Cayenne pepper
Fresh tomatoes
Cinnamon
Onions
Garlic
Black pepper
Ginger
Frozen Chicken
You can choose any carb of your choice, as for me, rice is a low calorie grain, prefers to go with a little rice by the side. Healthy eating helps tissues repair and wards off a host of other ailments.
