I strongly agree with the Prince of Preachers that nothing is improved by anger, our decision making ability, our appearance, our influence and even favour from people. Have you noticed how ugly we suddenly look, the moment we are angery?, Anger truly is an ugly fit. I will rather weep than be angry. Oh God destroy the root of anger in me for it does nothing in my favour. Anger is unhealthy and destructive to our wellbeing. Hear the words of Charles Spurgeon regarding anger.
