Health benefits of pawpaw seeds oil

Introduction

There are various ways on how to make your own essential oils out there but, I usually prefer the cold pressed which ensures that all the nutrients are preserved.

I also usually teach people what I have tried and tested. So, it is same with this special class on making pawpaw seeds oil.  Having prepared one and used and observed its benefits on my skin particularly, my face.  I decided to sell the idea to us. Firstly. Let us refresh our minds with the health benefits of pawpaw seeds  oil before we go to learn how to make it at home.

Health Benefits of Pawpaw seeds oil

1.  Brightens and Lightens Complexion

If your skin is feeling a little dull and lifeless, perk it up with papaya seed oil. Vitamin C and carotene are contained within papaya seed oil. These compounds help to fight free radicals that cause skin aging and darkening. They also help to inhibit the production of bacteria that causes dark spots. For ashy or pale skin, get an instant natural glow to your complexion.

2. Natural Exfoliant to Purify Skin

A natural exfoliating enzyme, papain helps to rejuvenate your complexion by sloughing off dead skin cells, dirt and excessive oil. This enzyme is able  to break down dead skin cells and sebum in your pores, revealing the fresh, smooth skin underneath. A gentle but powerful exfoliant, papaya seed oil leaves your skin feeling soft, supple and luxurious to the touch.

3. Discourages Acne and Breakouts

With a combination of anti-inflammatory, scar-reducing and exfoliating properties, papaya seed oil helps to discourage acne and breakouts. In addition, the oil is very light and easily absorbs into the skin, meaning that it doesn’t clog the pores and lead to more irritation, but instead cleans them out and dissolves dead skin.

4. Reduces Blemishes and Scarring

Whether you have acne scars, wounds, blemishes, burn marks or other damage, papaya seed oil contains high levels of vitamins A, C and E which help aid in decreasing the visibility of scars. When rubbed onto the face, the oil will promote faster healing and recovery of damaged skin.

5. Helps Lessen Inflammation

With powerful anti-inflammatory properties, papaya seed oil helps to reduce redness, blotching, and swelling on the face. It is also useful in combating other inflammatory skin conditions and relieving itchy, dry and flaky skin.

6. Evens Out Skin Tone For A Healthy All-Over Glow

If you suffer from hyperpigmentation, or have dark spots and uneven skin, papaya seed oil is effective in reducing the appearance of dark areas on your skin. Regular use of papaya seed oil helps to provide an all-over glow to your complexion, evening out skin tone.

7. Delays Wrinkles
By regenerating the skin cells from UV damage and promoting the healing of other scars and damage done to the face, papaya
seed oil is able to help in delaying and combating fine lines, wrinkles and other signs of aging.

We shall now learn how to make pawpaw seeds oil at home
