Health Benefits of Rosemary Essential Oil

Also known as Rosmarinus Officinalis.  Rosemary essential oil is popular in the Mediterranean region.  The oil is extracted from the leaves.  The Rosemary bush belongs to the mint family which includes basil, lavender, Myrtle and sage.
