Health Benefits of Peanuts

Have you wondered why peanuts seems to be in abundance?  Nature knows how much of it we need more than you think.  Peanuts is one of the healthiest and  affordable protein source in Nigeria today.
The need for to meet our daily protein requirement for us and our families cannot be overemphasized.  Here are a few reasons to  consider including more peanuts in your family menu.

There are more reasons to consume more peanuts.  It is good for children and adults and a source of Healthy fats.  Instead of margarine, why not. Spread peanut butter for the children on bread and other starchy foods.  It important however to emphasis the need for moderation as we consume peanuts because  it is inflammatory and acidic in nature.  Consuming too much can also lead to weight gain and other negative effects.
