Healed From Heat Burns: See What I used

My Latest Testimony, Healed Naturally.
I am excited to share this testimony  here and to advise our matured adults  to beware of minor wounds and injuries.  My Thanks goes to the Amighty God, the King of Kings for His Mercies. He gave us herbs for our healing, but we need to be educated and told about their benefits and uses too
About a week and a couple of days ago.  I had a heat burn under my navel.  Did not seem like a serious matter to me.  Initially applied coconut oil.  Days later, the skin had peeled off and the surface was a full blown open wound.
Coconut oil alone could not perfect the healing.
I kept awake and prayed for mercy and wisdom, My people.  No knowledge is a waste.  Keep learning all you can about healthy food and natural health.  I knew the open wound at such location and for my age was dangerous.    No longer a fan of antibiotics, then suddenly remembered there was a bottle of aleo oil on my table.  I mixed about 4 drops to about a teaspoon of Coconut oil and applied on the face of the wound.  Honestly, the result and relief was instant.
More of this oil was prepared and applied morning and evening, and withing 3 days, the wound had healed completely.

How To Use Black Seeds

Also known as Nigella Sativa, black cumin, this seed has been used for over 2000 years for the cure and management of many diseases.  With the latest saying that" it cures Everything but Death" a lot of research is ongoing on the health benefits of black seeds.  Whether it is the oil or the ground black seed powder, which ever one you use, black seeds is both food and medicine for many ailments and degenerative diseases when almost all hope is lost.

The health benefits of black seeds are numerous.  Having been privileged to use both the seed and the oil, I can confidently recommend black seed either the oil or the powder as a health Boosting food especially for the elderly or mature adult worth trying.

Here are Some other Ways to use Black Seed

1.  01.  Diabetes

Use Black seed oil mixed with raw honey, twice  day.  A reduction in carbohydrates is also necessary with occasional bitters.

02     Diarrhea

  Mix one teaspoon of black seed oil with a cup of yoghurt a d drink, twice a day.

03.  Facial Paralysis

Place one teaspoon of the oil in a liter of boiling water and inhale the fumes.

04.  Headaches and Migraine

Take the black seed oil and place on the temples.  Place a few drops in the nostrils.  Also place some on the top of the head.  Eat some blackseeds two or three times a day.

Half teaspoon of blackseed and half teaspoon of raw honey, 3 times a day.

Place some blackseed in your mouth and leave for about 10 minutes

Take one teaspoon of the oil with honey or  put them in your tea.  You can also place some under your nostril in case of nasal congestion.

Take one spoon of honey and one spoon of black seeds mixed everyday.  You can add to your tea.  I like adding some of the honey and blackseed mix to my soy powder for the entire family.  It makes it taste better and you feel better all through the day especially for diabetics. At other times, I add a teaspoon of the mix to my bread as a spread instead of butter.

Finally it is important to not that you should not take too much at a time as you may get negative side effect.  Also always heat your black seeds lightly before consuming it.  You will love the taste after slight heating or when used in hot water like tea.

Canned foods are trending especially among the younger generation, the reasons are obvious. They are handy, convenient, ready to eat, easy to take along. "Preserved" and some times tastier due to added additives and artificial sweeteners.  Despite the above, it is important to continue to educate ourselves of the health dangers lurking in those cans.

Here are 4 Reasons You should avoid canned foods whenever possible

1.Presence of BPA (Bisphenol)

A chemical used in lining the cans which are dangerous to health.  This chemical is said to cause Breast Cancer, reproductive problems and other chronic health problems.  This chemical kills rat in labouratory even in small portions.  You can use glass jars.

2.  Alluminium

Alluminium accumulates overtime with its attendant free radical attraction.  When there is too much alliumium in the body, they cause health problems like alzeheimes.  They actually do not protect the Food.

3.  Sodium

Most of these foods in cans are loaded with sodium as preservative and we know the dangers of too much sodium especially with people have a compromised immunity.  Excess sodium is responsible for many health problems including high blood pressure.  Consuming too much of the canned foods exposes us to excess sodium.
