CALCIUM IS NOT ONLY FOR BONES AND TEETH. HERE ARE SOME SIGNS YOU MAY NEED CALCIUM

Calcium is one of the most abundant minerals in the body after water. It is the richest in the body. It is crucial for healthy bones and teeth. About 98% of calcium supports bones and teeth. The other percentage helps the heart, muscle, blood clothing, nerves, and brain function properly. Calcium is lost daily through hairs, skin, nails, urine and faeces. This lost calcium must be replaced or the body will take calcium from the bones to perform other functions. Calcium is a daily health requirement. The body does not produce calcium like it does in some other minerals.
Here are some other functions of Calcium in the body:
