Healthy Fats like avocados, olive oil and coconut will not only enhance our health, but will help reduce insulin response in our body, thereby also helping control diabetes. We do not advocate total avoidance of certain foods as long as they are natural, rather we encourage moderation.
The recipe above is for someone who is working to employ healthy fats and burn existing fats in the body.
Ingredients:
Chicken
Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
Fresh cayenne pepper
Fresh tomatoes
Black pepper
Onions
Garlic
Ginger
Sea salt
Cinnamon
Grated carrots
Cabbage
topped with two slices of avocado
You can choose any carbohydrate or grain of your choice to go.
