For us to be well and healthy, the food we eat must be balanced and for a food to be balanced it must have at least more than 80% of the above nutrients in adequate proportion.

You can find animal proteins in meat fish, milk, eggs, etc. While you can find the plant proteins in beans, lentils vegetables, some grains, soya beans, peanuts, almonds, some seeds.
Carbohydrates:
Carbohydrates are for sustained energy and blood sugar control, they are found in Starchy foods and grains.
We have the simple carbohydrates and the complex carbohydrates. The complex carbs releases energy slowly thereby helping sugar response and onset of diseases like diabetes. While the simple sugar releases energy fast and causes spike in blood sugar. They are found in fizzy drinks, noodles, paps and other sweetened drinks and beverages. While the complex carbohydrates are found in sweet potatoes, cassava or it's products, unriped plantain etc.
3. Fats and Oil: These supply the body with energy, acting as fuel. They help with absorption of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They help maintain healthy skin, hair and insulating the body organs:

Our body works by taking in the food with its nutrients. By ingestion, digest, or metabolise and absorption of the nutrients causes growth and other positive effects in and outside the body. These functions are carried out by key organs in the body majorly stomach consisting of intestine, liver, kidney. Brain, Bladder pancreas. If we fail to listen, after some time, they stop working, then we say we are sick.
If they are deficient in one or two of the needs, they signal us too, if supply comes, they start working and there you go, but if they cry and you fail to heed, then they stop, No wonder the Bible says, "My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge."

There is no bacteria or germ called disease. It is the organs that are no longer at ease. They give signals and symptoms in the form of cold. fever, weakness, loss of appetite, etc. You must list to your body.

Medium Chain Fatty Acids(MCFAs) in coconut oil have less chance of being deposited at the tissues. The MCT consumption resulted in about 107 kilograms more fat loss than olive oil.

Another study that appeared in November, 2003 issue of the Journal of Nutrition found that coconut oil rich diet lowered the level of blood fibrinogen and lipoprotein ( markers of heart attack.

Was discussing with a neighour recently who complained of buzzing sound in his ears. About 58 years old with no history of blood pressure or whatever. I recommended some natural foods to help bring it down which he did comply witg within 2 days he called to say the buzzing sound has stopped. We both rejoiced, so it was not actually his enemies but his diet.
He was okay and doing well. Later he began eating whatever pleases him and the buzzing started again, usually worse in the morning. He was redirected to his natural diets and it came down again to 135. It was at this point we both concluded that the buzzing sound in the ears signalled high blood pressure in his own particular case.
The man has stabilized and the buzzing sound gone for good. That was how he defeated those enemies of his. May God help us with this blood pressure matter.
